ALTEOGEN and KISSEI Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Nagano, Japan) entered into a business collaboration agreement.
Under the agreement, ALTEOGEN and KISSEI start collaboration in developing a mAb biosimilar and KISSEI underwrites the allocation of new shares to a third party from ALTEOGEN. Through this business collaboration, ALTEOGEN and KISSEI will continue to further strengthen its efforts to biopharmaceutical business.
