This is Alteogen.

 

We would like to provide an update on the U.S. patent registration schedule for our hyaluronidase, ALT-B4.

 

As announced in our press release last August, ALT-B4 has received a Notice of Allowance (NOA) for its U.S. patent.

After receiving the initial NOA, we filed an RCE in connection with IDS requirement to the USPTO.  After RCE, the USPTO issued a new NOA earlier this year.

We are currently finalizing the required process to register the subject matter patent by the end of May.

 

ALT-B4 has been officially recognized by USPTO as a novel and innovative substance which is distinct from PH20. Based on this, we are establishing various global partnerships with leading innovative companies.
