Alteogen operates a Human Rights Counseling Center to protect the rights of internal and external stakeholders related to the company’s sustainable business activities. In the event of a human rights violation, the center provides remedies and works to prevent recurrence. If you believe you have experienced biased discrimination due to disability, gender, age, medical history, educational background, place of origin, or similar reasons, please consult with the Human Rights Counseling Center established at Alteogen.

Human Rights Counseling Center Procedure
- 01. Consultation
- Guidance on problem-solving methods and procedures
- 02. Report
- Preparation and submission of report (using Attachment Form No. 1 of the Human Rights Management Implementation Guidelines)
- 03. Case Classification
- Classification and transfer of cases according to assigned duties as stipulated in the detailed enforcement rules of the organizational regulations
- 04. Case Investigation
- Submission of investigation report on relevant case
- 05. Case Review

Formation and deliberation by the Case Review Committee to ensure fair handling and outcomes
Case processing period: Completion within one month from the date of case receipt
- 06. Resolution of Recommendation

Protection of Complainants

As a principle, cases are processed within one month from the date of receipt. The Human Rights Counseling Center will kindly guide and explain the case processing procedures and results until the complaint application is completed, making every effort to ensure that the complainant and their representative fully understand and accept the process.
The confidentiality and personal information of the complainant are strictly protected, and consultation and report details are rigorously prevented from being accessed or reviewed by any employee other than the person in charge who received the complaint.
